Rhodococcus jostii RHA1 is an oleaginous bacterium that accumulates triacylglycerols (TAGs) under nitrogen deprivation. The nitrogen lipid regulator (protein NlpR) controls genes related to nitrogen and lipid metabolism and is expressed only under these conditions. To investigate its role in TAG accumulation, we analyzed proteomic datasets from wild-type and {\em nlpR} mutant strains. Clustering analysis identified protein groups associated with NlpR, revealing potential regulatory interactions. These findings could help elucidate the mechanisms of TAG biosynthesis in oleaginous bacteria.
