Instrucciones para los autores / Instructions to authors To be published in this journal, a paper must be new, correct and nontrivial. Further, it must be of interest to mathematicians. Manuscripts submitted for publication should not be already published nor submitted simultaneously for publication in another journal. Form and preparation of manuscripts Manuscripts should be written preferably in English, or otherwise in Spanish. Notice that all the manuscripts shall be evaluated by the members of the Editorial Board or by the referees suggested by them. Authors are encouraged to prepare and submit their manuscripts in TeX or LaTeX. In any case, once the paper is accepted for publication, an electronic final version will be required. Format The title of the manuscript should be four lines below the top of the writing area. The name of the author(s) should follow the title, then the institutional data and finally the Abstract in English which shall not exceed of 200 words. It is advisable to add an abstract (Resumen) in Spanish. Keywords and/or acknowledgments of financial support should be included in a footnote on the first page. The concepts that are defined shall be written in italics. Figures and tables, with correlative numbering, shall be inserted in the text. In case of Appendices, they shall be included at the end of the text, before the references. For further layout details, refer to the layout used in volume 44, number 2 and following. References Bibliographic references should be arranged in alphabetical order by author's surname. It is very important (mainly for the production of the online version of the journal) to check the correct form of all references. For this reason we recommend the use of the following tools: Sending of manuscripts Electronic submissions -consisting of a TeX/LaTeX source file and the corresponding PDF or DVI output- should be sent to: revuma@criba.edu.ar Alternatively, printed manuscripts (including two photocopies) should be sent to: Director de Publicaciones
Para suscribirse u ordenar números atrasados de la Revista de la UMA o de la Revista de Educación Matemática Revista UMA: ya salió Vol. 48 número 1 La nueva modalidad del envío de la Revista, es forma individual para aquellos que lo soliciten. Por razones de economía se envían al Secretario Local y éste se encarga de su distribución a los Socios de su Sede. Es necesario un control efectivo de la recepción de la misma, se pide entonces a los Socios que a la brevedad informen si ya recibieron el Vol. 48. Contactarse a uma-ba@dm.uba.ar por la no recepción o para suscribirse. Revista de REM Contactarse a vargas@mate.uncor.edu para publicar o recibirla. Además se decidió comenzar a hacer canje con la misma. Se aceptan propuestas de canje; para ello dirigirse a la Comisión Directiva. Recordamos a los señores Socios que recibirán la Revista elegida en su ficha de inscripción quienes hayan abonado la cuota societaria del año en curso o del año anterior. |
